ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
An IQ of 130 or above is required for admission along with an interview and all previous school records. If your student has not yet been identified as gifted, we can help guide you through the testing process.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
- Application
- Proof of immunization, in accordance with State of Ohio law
- Medical examination by a physician and dental examination by a dentist given within a year of enrollment
- A birth certificate
- In situations involving separation, divorce, adoption or foster care, a certified copy of an order or decree allocating parental rights and responsibilities for the care of the child, and designating a residential parent and legal custodian of the child
- Records from most recent school or home school setting
- Emergency medical instructions indicating preferred hospital, doctor and dentist
- Work phone numbers and the phone number of someone other than family who could be reached when the family can’t be reached
